It's hard to believe that the Spicy Lates festival is nearly over - it's gone so fast! It was wonderful to be invited back to Kew again, to do tai chi, as part of the whole range of activities on offer. Wonderful too, to reconnect with some of the people who tried out tai chi at last year's Kew Plantasia festival, as well as fantastic to introduce new people to trying out tai chi this year too.
I always like visiting Kew, with its beautiful plants, glasshouses, trees and so forth. With its wonderful fresh air, breathing in the trees' gift of oxygen, Kew is the ideal place to do tai chi. If I'm practising on my own, I tend to go into the further areas, so I can be peaceful and at peace with the trees surrounding me. It's quite a different experience than doing tai chi in a gym or wherever!
Anyway, Kew was (as always) lovely people, lovely trees, lovely air!
