21 Form


After you've finished the First 14, then you can decide either to go for the short 21 form, or for the longer 108 form. Many people like to learn a shorter form, for a variety of reasons, so this form was developed for them.


It's a nice form to learn, as it has these classic Wu tai chi features:

  • the balance improvement through tai chi stepping

  • more balance improvement through correct weight on each foot

  • posture improvements

  • hip turning movements

  • developing grace over time.

  • developing mindfulness over time
