21 Form
After you've finished the First
14, then you can decide either to go for the short 21 form, or for
the longer 108 form. Many people like to learn a shorter form, for a
variety of reasons, so this form was developed for them.
It's a nice form to learn, as it
has these classic Wu tai chi features:
the balance improvement through
tai chi stepping
more balance improvement
through correct weight on each foot
posture improvements
hip turning movements
developing grace over time.
developing mindfulness over
time
